French, German and Kazakh specialists: architects, town planners, scientists and researchers will share their knowledge and thoughts.

Jean Robert Mazaud, French architect and urban planner
A specialist in industrial architecture, Jean Robert Mazaud has built some fifty major environmental facilities around the world and studied hundreds of projects. An expert in the sustainable development of cities and territories, he is one of the winners, along with Antoine Grumbach, of the "Greater Paris" consultation in 2008. Since then, he and his partner and partner Catherine Parant have continued to contribute to the debate on the sustainable and desirable city.

Madeleine Houbart, Secretary General of the Association of French Architects for Export (AFEX)
AFEX works to promote French architecture throughout the world. This association, which was founded in 1996, has 200 members, including 120 architectural agencies as well as public and private partners, i.e. more than 5,000 professionals. Secretary General of AFEX almost from the beginning, Madeleine Houbart organizes, among other things, the "AFEX Grand Prix of French Architecture in the World" and the events surrounding it: exhibitions in Paris, Venice and international itineraries, symposiums, meetings etc.

Dr. Till Sterzel, Head of Climate Policy at ADELPHI
Till Sterzel holds a doctorate in geoecology and is responsible for projects in the "adaptation to climate change" and "urban transformations" departments of the German consulting firm ADELPHI.
For more than 14 years, Till Sterzel has worked as a consultant and scientist in the field of environmental change impact with expertise on topics specific to Europe and East Africa.

Bakhyt Yessekina, Director of the Green Academy
Bakhyt Yessekina is a member of the Council on Green Economy under the authority of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and heads the Green Academy, a research and training centre that provides sustainable development consulting services to public institutions and companies.
Bakhyt Yessekina holds a doctorate in economics and specializes in reducing CO2 emissions in urban areas.

Shynar Toilybayeva, Director Kazakhstan of the Regional Ecological Centre for Central Asia (CAREC)
CAREC's mission is to promote sustainable development and a more environmentally friendly economy throughout Central Asia.
Shynar Toilybayeva contributed to the development of cleaner transport in Kazakhstan. She is an expert in identifying local issues and applying measurement tools and technologies to contribute to more responsible development.

The event will be moderated by Aminata Aisha Uedraogo, journalist and TV presenter on Channel 1 Eurasia.
