In a period of questioning certainties and frames of thought, of profound transformations in the relationship between truth and information, how do we view the foreigner, the poor, the different? In this context, does the notion of commitment still make sense? These topics are at the center of our daily conversations and will be at the heart of the 2018 edition of the Night of Ideas. Privileging debate, this particular evening will allow you to exchange in a privileged setting, that of the Faculty of Letters of Charles University, with philosophers and sociologists.
