The French Institute of Spain in Zaragoza is offering an event with the theme "Close". This year the debate will focus on the emergence of new forms of solidarity in the face of the different crises we are going through: whether they are health, economic or social. For this, we can count on the video conference intervention of Serge Paugam, sociologist and researcher at the CNRS, who will enlighten us on the correlation between inequalities and solidarity. The Night of Ideas being a moment of debate, a round table is planned to bring together different project leaders on the city of Zaragoza but also in Mexico (Festival internacional Asalto; Franco-Mexican collective composting project "Azotea" and Mottainai, textile art collective). These actors, thanks to their commitment, participate in the renewal of social ties. Through urban art, eco-citizen and eco-feminist actions, these projects show us how we can act on our social environment. The Night of Ideas will be punctuated by the Franco-Spanish duo: Matthieu Saglio & José el Piru bringing together cello and flamenco guitar and illuminated by an urban art intervention by the artist Harsa, who belongs to the Asalto collective, on the walls of the Centre, in life painting.
