The Alliance française d'Irkoutsk and the Association Mir Franco-Russian proposes a virtual meeting around the lakes: Baikal in Russia and Lake Geneva in France. What do they have in common that brings them together? What ecological problems need to be solved?
The aim is to promote encounters and exchanges between two countries, two cultures and two associations.
