The event will bring together people who are passionate about reading and the debate of ideas around the theme "Near »:. It will start with a Reading Day for the youngest, with a literary treasure hunt organized in the media library, in collaboration with the Lycée Français Internationale de Vientiane. The evening will be an opportunity for participants who have registered in advance to exchange readings aloud. It will allow them to listen to carefully selected texts, preceded by an introduction, and to fuel a discussion between the participants. The speakers at this Night will be the Ambassador of France in Laos, professors from the National University of Laos, the Lycée Français, the Association of Journalists and French-speaking personalities.
