In these times of pandemics that impose distance, this event is an opportunity to bring people and cultures together. This is why we are going to evoke the Turkish-Greek and Greek-Turkish "proximity" by means of a musical journey: music as a link and symbol of this "proximity", not to say, since it is about music, "harmony". It is a question of drawing a musical thread linking the different territories, in order to embrace them, starting in Greece, passing through the Aegean islands and arriving in Turkey. This itinerary can of course be done in the opposite direction. To this end, in the context of a "commented concert", we will bring together two musicians, "lyra" and "kemençe" players, one Turkish and the other Greek, whose work and journeys, whether physical or artistic, are precisely concerned with the common musical heritage.
